Make perfect pasta dough from scratch and then roll and cut it into noodles like fettuccine and tagliatelle. Taught using both handmade (without special equipment) and pasta machine (for larger batches) techniques. Learn how to make several great sauces to go with our fresh pasta, as well as how to color pasta using vegetables. Come alone or with a friend to share the fun.
