Take a whirlwind tour of Scandinavian breads for a lot less "dough" with this new course! Each week visit a different country and explore the diverse breads of Scandinavia, such as Swedish Lusse Bröd, Danish Julekage, Norwegian Mountain Bread, or a Sunshine Loaf from the "Land of the Midnight Sun." This is a participation type course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven. Guaranteed to have fun on this trip, and you won't even need a passport!
