We will visit some of the flavors and textures from recipes in The Tassajara Bread Book, once called "the bible for bread baking" by the Washington Post, in this new course. Beginners will overcome yeast anxiety and seasoned bread makers will learn a few NEW tricks and techniques. Guaranteed to have fun and filling your home with the heavenly aroma of fresh baked bread!
