This course will take you on bread tour of the Baltic region visiting a different country each week. Beginners will overcome yeast anxiety and expose seasoned bakers to some new recipes and techniques. Destinations might include Poland, Russia, Sweden, Czech Republic, etc as we explore a wide range of flavors, shapes, and textures. This is a hands-on and you will take home a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven. You’ll have fun on this trip, and you won’t even need a passport!
