This course will include a variety of great bagels like plain, onion, cinnamon-raisin, rye, asiago, etc. This is a great baking class for both beginners and seasoned bakers. You will make a different recipe and then share the bounty with each other. This is a hands-on course and you will take home an assortment of bagels fresh-from-the-oven.
