Breads for the Holidays

This course was created at the request of many former students! Classic recipes and techniques will be shared by the instructor as you make a variety of holiday breads/pastries including braids and other specialties. This is a “participation type” class for both beginners and experienced breadmakers. Everyone will take home a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven.
